I have joined Facebook finally. I still don't fully understand what I am doing when on there, but hopefully all my lovely friends who are also on there will help me muddle through!

I'm off to sew like crazy for the next few days-- deadlines are looming.....

Welcome to the land of Facebook which is sometimes confusing! If you want to do a business page where people can "like" you instead of becoming friends (which means all our info is shared w/everyone there), you can do that from the tab on the upper right. It says Account, and then if you click on "help center" it'll be easier to find instructions than me trying to explain it. That's if you want to have a business page and a personal one. I hope it's okay to mention this...it's just that I was confused by this before, so I thought I'd share what I learned.
Be careful. Facebook can be mildly addictive!

I'm glad you heard my comment as trying to be helpful...After I posted it I worried that I was being obnoxious instead.
I'm trying to avoid Facebook too :) Not enough hours in the week! I'd never get my ufo's out of the closet!!
